Genevieve is a dynamic, versatile and forward-thinking lawyer with comprehensive international exposure. She is a Commodity Derivatives specialist with experience operating at a senior level, supporting Global Tier One Investment Banks and Big Four in the United Kingdom negotiating specialist contracts and in ancillary legal functions.
Her background entails facilitating complex international contract negotiations, implementing regulatory change & compliance, drafting bespoke trading agreements, and contributing as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) within large-scale project management environments. Genevieve is solutions oriented and seeks to leverage years of combined expertise from the Oil, Gas, Energy and Financial sectors with a commitment to continuous professional development and adding long-term value.
She has historically consulted on various projects and worked with international Corporates including PricewaterhouseCoopers - (PwC Receivership Arm Projects), Deutsche Bank (via Thomson Reuters), JP Morgan, UBS - Union Bank of Switzerland (Via Deloitte) Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, British Petroleum (BP) and Shell Trading.
Genevieve is currently completing her pupillage requirement at Minkah-Premo & Co and is part of the Mining, Energy and Power Team.
In 2001, Genevieve obtained an LLB Bachelor of Laws from London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University), followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PG Dip) from the College of Law of England and Wales. In addition, she has recently obtained a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
