Papa Kofi Akuffo-Apenteng holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB with Honours) from University of Leeds. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021 and is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022.
Papa Kofi has a keen interest in international law and shadowed the Attorney General of Ghana during latter stages of the maritime arbitration dispute concerning the delimitation of the maritime boundary between Ghana and Côte D’Ivoire at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
Papa Kofi enjoys watching and playing basketball as well as football and is an avid American football fan
