ISAAC EMMIL OSEI-BONSU is a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, having received training from the Ghana School of Law, Accra. He was called to the Ghana Bar in February, 1997. After graduating with an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon, Isaac earned his Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
He is the Senior Partner of the firm and a director on many boards. Isaac Osei-Bonsu served the Ghana Bar Association as a Treasurer of the Greater Accra Regional Branch.
As a lawyer, Isaac’s expertise is in Credit Creation & Debt Recovery, Commercial Law and Real Estate Law and handles matters for both local and foreign clients including some of the country’s strongest local entities and bluechip multinationals involved in varied sectors of the economy. He has been involved in the setting up and structuring of international businesses in Ghana and also provides transaction advisory services. Isaac’s skills in advocacy, also make him a consummate negotiator and has been called upon by many businesses to negotiate contracts on their behalf.
He lectures at the firm’s training arm, The Law Institute on Credit Creation and Securitization.
He is a traditional ruler and the Etwienana Hene of Kyebi under the stool name of Barima Kwaku Dua. He is married with two children and is an avid golfer.
