David Folitse joined Minkah Premo and Co. as an intern in 2020 and has since been with the firm after he was called to the Ghana Bar in 2020. He was awarded an LLB degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
After his graduation from KNUST. He had the opportunity to serve as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Law faculty. During this period he obtained extensive research skills and has been involved in several years of research in the legal sector. He has keen interest in Litigation and ADR, Family Law and Estate Planning and Corporate Law. He possesses excellent advocacy skills and he is a good team player. He is also an advocate engaged in courtroom practice and dispute resolution. He undertook his Pupilage with Minkah Premo and Co and he is currently an Associate of the firm. He is also a member of the International Bar Association.
During his free time he plays tennis and he is a member of the 4th Garrison Officers' Mess Tennis Club in Kumasi
