Miss Fosu is a private legal practitioner and a dedicated Associate with the Land, Family and Estate Planning Team of Minkah-Premo & Co which she joined as an intern in January, 2017 prior to being called to the Ghana Bar in October of the same year after she had obtained her Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law (GSL), Makola.
She completed the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi in the year 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
While at the KNUST Law Faculty, Miss Fosu interned with a law firm where she had the opportunity to understudy a practising lawyer and was introduced to the art of managing a law practice. In 2014 Miss Fosu underwent a special short-term training with the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI), an international NGO, where she served as a paralegal, advocating for the rights and freedoms of arrested or detained persons. This particular experience honed her advocacy skills and her dedication to serving and learning in that period earned her a seat at the February 2016 CHRI Roundtable Discussion where she gave a presentation.
While at the Ghana School of Law, Makola, Miss Fosu served as the secretary to the Ghana School of Law SRC Projects Committee 2016/2017 as well as the Administrator/Coordinator of the Ghana School of Law Moot Court Honour Society (GSL-MCHS).
With regard to her work with Minkah-Premo & Co. as a private legal practitioner, Miss Fosu currently specializes in Immovable Property Litigation, Conveyance Law and Property Consultation.
