Maame Barnie Adu-Amoah is an astute Associate Lawyer and a member of the Human Resource (HR) Legal Unit at Minkah Premo & Co. She has handled dispute resolution, transactional and compliance matters in Industrial and Employment Relations as well as Immigration Law. Her training is however expansive and not limited to these practice areas.
Maame also assists with administrative functions and facilitates training programs at the Law Institute, an affiliate training arm of Minkah Premo & Co.
Prior to her pupilage and becoming an Associate at Minkah Premo & Co., she interned at a number of Law firms including Ghartey & Ghartey Law chambers in Ghana and Olswang LLP Holborn, Central London, United Kingdom, where she she was involved in worked in intellectual property, corporate law and litigation.
She was adjudged the Best Student in Public Law at the Faculty of Law (Kwame Nkrumah University of Scienece and Technology) for the 2011/2012 academic year and holds a certificate in french from the Regional Centre for the Study of French (CREF).
Maame obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2015. Following which she obtained a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2017.
