Frank holds a BL (Qualifying Certificate in Law) from the Ghana School of Law and an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He was called to the Ghana Bar in October, 2012.
Frank currently is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Methodist University College Ghana and works with Minkah-Premo & Co as an Associate and is the Head of the Human Resource (Legal) Team. As a Unit in the Firm he handles matters for both local and foreign clients including some of the Country’s strongest local entities and foremost multinationals involved in varied sectors of the economy by working side by side with clients to negotiate collective bargaining agreements, structure trust deeds for Provident Funds and audit compliance within the HR Regulatory framework etc. making sure employees and employers coexist harmoniously to mutually enjoy the full benefits of each and every agreement.
Frank’s focus in private practice as a lawyer is mainly on Human Rights issues, commercial and corporate issues, Incorporation and Registration of Businesses, Registration and Investment Promotion Entities (Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC) Ghana, Free Zones Board Procurement of Certified True Copies of filings. Renewals and Change of particulars, filing and updating of statutory registers.
