Mr. Samuel Adu Boahen holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2009 and awarded as the best student in Company Law and Practice.
He interned with the firm in 2008 and was recruited by the firm from the law school as a trainee lawyer prior to his call to the Bar and has since been with Minkah-Premo & Co. Thus, he completed both national service and pupilage with the firm within the same period.
In 2011, Samuel was elevated to head the Litigation & ADR Team of the firm. His area of expertise includes but not restricted to Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution, Credit and Asset Recovery, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Real Property and Estate Management. His solid understanding and expertise in dispute resolution is immensely beneficial to both local and international clients in pre-empting potential litigation incidences in transactions and devising the appropriate strategy to mitigate them.
